Supervising the FTO Program - Nov 13-14, 2024

This course will assist agencies in the development and management of their FTO program. Attendees will discuss the duties of a field training manager; selection and retention of the FTO; accountability with under performing FTO's; legal/liability concerns and reviewing the Daily Observation Reports. Attendees look into their organizational future with a discussion on Generational Leadership and the recommendations on the Field Training process made by the Task Force for 21st Century Policing.
