The Adaptive FTO is a researched-based course that teaches FTOs (and through FTOs’ efforts, the trainee) how to become adaptive, agile decision makers. This course does not change your agency's FTO Model. Attendees will work with a decision-making model that is flexible, universal, and legally sound. Our Adaptive Feedback Model nurtures the probationary officer’s creativity and critical thinking skills. The FTOs will work with emotional intelligence tools to identify emotional trigger points and enhance the probationary officer’s communication and social skills. Attendees will also look at developmental learning strategies for the Gen Z trainee. The Adaptive FTO creates a durable framework for learning with our cognitive coaching philosophy for training the future of your organization.
